The product label helps IYILO confirm the exact charger configuration, including the connector type (J1772 or NACS/J3400), the power version, and whether the unit is plug-in or hardwired.
To confirm your charger model:
- Locate the product label on the right side of the charger.
- Find the Serial Number (SN).
- Check your IYILO order confirmation or Amazon order for the original product name.
- If you are still unsure, contact support@iyilo.shop and provide the Serial Number and order number.
