IYILO is a brand owned by EVRA Energy LLC (“EVRA”). EVRA is committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the original delivery date under the following conditions:
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and mounting hardware included.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any item.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos of the product (to confirm condition and packaging)
Serial number (if applicable)
1.Our team will provide return instructions and the designated return address.
2.Carefully repack the product using the original packaging.
3.Ship the package using a trackable courier service. A return shipping label is not provided by IYILO.
Note: IYILO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or error on our part.
If a prepaid return label is required, it will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
IYILO reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee (up to 15%) for items returned with missing accessories or signs of use.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
Visibly damaged during transit
Malfunctioning upon first use
Or experiences issues due to manufacturer defects (covered under warranty)
Please contact us immediately at support@IYILO.shop with detailed information and photos. IYILO will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, provide repair, replacement, or refund at no cost.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receipt.
Please do not open the packaging if you intend to return the product.
7. Warranty Returns
If your product fails within the 3-year limited warranty period, please refer to our full [IYILO Warranty Policy] for instructions on repair or replacement. Warranty-related returns follow a separate process and may require technical evaluation.
