1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.


 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Continental U.S.: Delivered within 3–5 business days via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands: Delivered in 3–15 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and carrier availability.

International Orders: Shipping time varies based on country and customs clearance; delivery estimates will be shown during checkout if international shipping is available.

In most cases, your product will arrive within 5–7 calendar days from the date of your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or island territories outside the continental U.S.

Due to carrier restrictions, products containing batteries may ship separately.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping time or cost. Final shipping rates and availability will be shown at checkout.


 

5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. You can track your shipment directly from the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.


 

6. Delivery Responsibility

IYILO is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information

Once the tracking status shows "Delivered", the order is considered fulfilled and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for claims of non-receipt.
